Choose a chamber concert or a seasonal trumpet programme
The regular St Anne’s Church ticket covers a classical chamber concert in the church interior. Its programme can vary by date. Choose it for a central church setting and live music, rather than expecting every performance to contain a fixed list of compositions.
Magic Trumpet is a separately named Christmas product. It combines trumpet and organ with spoken seasonal reflections. It should not be described as the regular chamber concert with a festive label: the instruments, programme and ticket are different. Compare the product you intend to book.
How first-come seating works
The regular concert has unassigned seating on a first-come basis. Booking admission does not reserve a numbered position or give you a particular row. Leave enough time to enter and choose from the seats available, especially if sitting together or being close to the performers matters to your group.
The current Magic Trumpet option also offers free choice of available seats, without reserved seating categories. Its seating terms are useful to know before arrival, but they do not create a guarantee of a particular view. Follow the church staff’s instructions when taking your seat.
Where to go and what the ticket covers
Go to Annagasse 3B with the dated ticket for St Anne’s Church. The concert is an evening music visit; it does not include a guided church tour. Food, drinks and transport are separate from the regular booking. Magic Trumpet likewise excludes dinner, transport and other concerts.
If you plan to combine a Christmas concert with a market visit, allow travel and admission time between them. Do not treat another church concert, a meal or a sightseeing stop as part of this ticket unless the exact selected product explicitly adds it.
Leave room around the performance
The regular product describes approximately seventy to seventy-five minutes. The refreshed Magic Trumpet listing describes about sixty-five minutes without an interval. These are planning estimates for the respective performances, not a promise that the two programmes have identical running times.
Your dated confirmation determines the start and entry instructions. Give yourself time to enter before the music, and avoid arranging another booking so tightly that a small delay would require you to leave mid-performance. We do not print a universal start time for either concert.
Respectful concert planning
Silence your phone and follow the church’s photography and respectful-behaviour rules. Choose clothing comfortable for a seated indoor performance and check any dress advice supplied with your ticket. This guide does not invent a mandatory dress code where the selected listing does not give one.
Read the individual age, access and cancellation terms before payment. If a particular arrangement is essential, clarify it for your chosen performance. Conditions for St Anne’s should not be copied from Karlskirche, Peterskirche or another Vienna venue simply because they are all church concerts.
